Who is TodaysCigar.com?

We are an online cigar store offering a new way to purchase cigars on the Internet. TodaysCigar.com was started by a father/son team as a way to sell the high-quality cigars that we enjoy, at the best possible prices, and in a way that makes online cigar purchasing fun.

Where is TodaysCigar.com located?

TodaysCigar.com is an online-only cigar shop. Unlike many of our competitors, we don't have a brick-and-mortar storefront to maintain. By not having an expensive store to maintain we don't have to set our prices to make up for rent, utilities, and all of the other expenses that are included in running a store. Our business is located in St. Louis, Missouri but we are able to sell cigars to most of the United States (sorry Maine, we aren't able to sell to you).

Are TodaysCigar.com prices the lowest?

There are a lot of cigar shops on the Internet, and even more local shops. We do our best to check our competitors' prices to make sure we are offering the lowest possible price for the day's cigar brand, size, and quantity. If we can't offer competitive prices, we don't carry the cigar. If you find a better price, let us know.

How can TodaysCigar.com offer prices so low?

The key to our low prices is low overhead. We don't have a storefront, so we don't have rent, utilities, plasma TVs, or leather chairs. Also, since we only carry one product per day, we don't have to maintain massive inventories of every brand and size of cigar available. Instead we purchase just enough cigars to sell, and we sell the cigars we purchase.

How does TodaysCigar.com ship my cigars?

Currently we ship all of our orders through the United States Postal Service. Offering only one shipping method allows us to keep our overhead - and thus our prices - low. Also, shipping through the USPS allows us to better ensure that all of our customers are of legal age to purchase cigars. Our cigars are shipped in boxes with packing material on the inside to make sure your order arrives in top condition.

When will I get my cigars?

The delivery of your cigars depends in large part upon the speed of the USPS. All of our orders are shipped from St. Louis, Missouri, usually by 5:00pm the day after the day's sale ends. So, if a cigar goes on sale on Monday at 12:01am and goes off of sale at Tuesday at 12:01am, then your order will likely be shipped by 5pm on Tuesday. You will also receive an email when your order is shipped.

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

If you have a problem, please email us at orders@todayscigar.com. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may have caused. We will respond to your email as soon as possible.

Where are all the rest of your cigars?

What you see is what you get. We only sell one product per day, which is how we are able to keep our prices so low. If you don't see what you like, come back tomorrow and see what we're offering. If you still don't see what you like, send us an email at requests at todayscigar.com and tell us what you would like to see.

Do you sell cigar overages, surplus cigars, or factory seconds?

No. All of our cigars are ordered specifically for the day on which we sell them. We do not cut corners by ordering hard to sell cigars or factory seconds. We sell premium cigars that we obtain direct from our suppliers.

I've never heard of the cigar you're featuring today, is it any good?

We don't sell anything we wouldn't smoke ourselves - but don't take our word for it. Check out the forums and see what people are saying about today's cigar. Check the review sites. We'll also provide you with as much information as we can find about the product. If you purchase the cigar and you don't like it, let us know what you think.

Why does TodaysCigar.com only feature one product per day?

We only sell one product per day in order to keep our overhead low and our prices competitive. Large inventories are expensive and difficult to maintain. By only offering one product each day we can sell our cigars far cheaper than we would be able to if we had to spend the time and money to maintain large inventories of cigars.

Will you ever feature my favorite brand of cigars?

Email us and let us know what brand you're looking for, and we'll do our best to feature it. However, if we can't get your favorite cigar for a competitive price, we won't offer it. We are committed to providing the best quality cigars at the best possible prices.

Will you ship to my state?

As long as you don't live in Maine, then yes. We don't ship to foreign states however.

Do you sell cigarettes, or other tobacco products?

No, we only sell cigars and cigar related accessories (cutters, humidors, etc.). We aren't interested in selling cigarettes, or any other tobacco product other than cigars.

Will you sell to individuals under the age of 18?

No, never. We will never sell tobacco products to anyone who is not of legal age to purchase the product. You must be at least 18 years of age (and 19 in Alaska, Alabama, New Jersey, and Utah) to purchase our products. We mark our packages to indicate that the contents include tobacco products, and we require the package recipient to be an adult. If you become aware of any infringements upon this rule, please notify us immediately at legal@todayscigar.com. We take legal compliance very seriously.
