i read it in the daily offerings posts. unfortunate you could not fully enjoy the anejo goodness. THAT is the one cigar i strongly advocate sipping rather than gulping down. for future info, i dry-box my thin cubans at least a couple of days before torching…lets them calm down…they are best at 62% humidity. maybe that is a good idea for your anejo. i would clip and pre-light draw. if it is tight, put it in an empty cigar box OUTSIDE of your humi…wait a couple of days, and check back on it. if it still is tight 10 days later, it is probably the cigar. i throw it back in the humi for a while and check back at a later date. sometimes it is the humidity, sometimes the cigar.
