I am glad people understand now. I tend to type like a 4 year old that has way too much to say anyone who knows me knows that, or finds out. I depend on spell check too much which lets things like it and is pass no matter which I mean. To make it worse I tend to type too much and not read it back, but I’m sure you suspected something like that, or maybe you just thought I was mentally challenged and was trying to be nice. :-)
you are a posting nightmare. that said, i heard the habana wrapper was pretty good.
personally, i like the feel of a big ring in my hand, but as for flavor, smaller is perhaps better (which is why everyone loves a perfecto).
I think I will be trying the Habano version with the Torpedo vitola, from the site that gives a free sampler with a box purchase. Then I’ll be able to say they are either Crap or Good. For the price they will have to be Awesome to make it into my rotation. There are too many other brands that are priced the same or less that I really like. If they aren’t I’m sure I’ll be able to trade them once they sell out, that is if anyone really likes them. That said I am already setting my expectations low. For $100 I will usually go with a Padron 3k maduro unless I want to try something new, I am too much of a Padron junky to change.—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-
With a large gage cigar its all about the blend. If you really want to learn and enjoy the way a wrapper tastes its small gage all the way. I personally think the large gage fad is due to the fact a lot of new smokers smoke too fast. Also yes I am certainty challenged when it comes to posts. Most of the time the content of my posts are crap anyway, just don’t agree with me, LoL.—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—--
I have a question that might make my posts more readable. On this board how do you place a blank line between paragraphs? As you see I resort to using a line.
when i understand what you are saying, i like your posts…hell, i read all the regulars—frank, zugbug, loved bluebusa (though he does not come so much after the lapse), psmurf, electobama made me chuckle…and a few others.
as for my little scheme, i like your lines, but i will help you out…<br>, and you have an empty line. can ya dig it?
Kick butt, thank you.
And I will re read my posts more often and type less. That should make my posts easier to read and more important understand.
don’t do that…your incoherence is why frank and i post, LMAO! it was all good fun! well, off to do something constructive…
I’m getting tired of agreeing, but the Man from Japan is correct, keep banging on them keys Mr. Beatnik, we’ll figure it out.
Excellent points today about wrapper flavor vs blend relating to ring gauge. Worth considering when trying a new line for the first time.
I bought a fiver of Padron Delicias maduros, should be here early next week. See Beatnik, you may ramble, but I get some good info from you.
But I’d like to know if anyone has tried the Ashton product, San Cristobal. I had one last Fall and thought it was great but after a big marketing push prior to the August release, there’s like zero buzz. What’s up?
